Unused Services:
If you have purchased a package of services upfront and have not yet received or utilized them, we may provide a partial or full refund of the unused portion at our discretion on a case-by-case basis. Requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged or there is an error in your payment amount, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and if necessary process a refund.
Changed Mind:
Because our digital services require time and custom effort, refunds are not available simply because you changed your mind unless specifically agreed upon at the time of purchase.
