Payments:

Clients are required to pay 50% of the agreed upon amount before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project or services rendered. Services will be paused if payments are not received. All payments are non-refundable.

Vinlian strives to deliver high-quality services but cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid to us by each client. Clients agree not to hold our agency liable for unachieved results or incidental damages.

Governing Law:

These terms and the relationship between Vinlian and its clients shall be governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved in Lagos courts.

Changes to Terms:

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of our services after changes are published indicates agreement with the updates.
